Peoria AZ Apartment Rental OVERPRICED for the Neighborhood

Published 2021-05-06
Peoria AZ Apartment Rental Overpriced Kinda Bad Neighborhood. Well I can't say that this #peoriaarizona neighborhood is bad. This Peoria Arizona Neighborhood is just old. Here in Arizona everything is so new that old houses and apartments appear to be run down and since this is an entire old Peoria AZ Neighborhood then it all looks run down but in reality it's actually cool. Once inside the apartment and I begin the #apartmenttour I am immediately put at ease because this is actually a nice apartment tour. Apartment hunting in Arizona is tough now because of so many people moving to Phoenix. This #vlog shows that there are still some good finds if you're open.

For that same price in Austin TX you can get something luxury. Clubhouse, theater room, pool table, two pools, volleyball court, dogwash station, full gym. Lol az got expensive over the years 😅😅. Back in the day that apt should be $700. I had a 2br for $650 off 16st n Glendale ave

Good video. I see it coming. People will be leaving the valley fast like they leaving California. AZ is turning into a dumping ground for CA.

We paid the same amount to rent a 4 bed, 2 bath, 1700sqft house in Queen Creek but that was in Jan 2020 before half the nation decided to move south.

Shout out to Dariah for sponsoring the video! Thanks Mr. Super!

I have lived in the valley my whole life and still enjoy watching your videos man. Good times my friend

Love your videos!! For some reason they are very calming lol
  • My mom lives in that area..... Apartment was ok for what and where it is, but $1200 would be fair. They out they mind!
  • Sounds reasonable and realistic. If the grounds were nicer, I'd expect higher. The lack of ceiling fans is a no go for me though. I like how the stove looks out. I live in Atlanta and that's a good price if the area is safe

Hey, Big Super! Thanks for a "Hey!" shoutout from your last vid. I appreciate it!:) I couldn't get back on YT 'til today, so I'm glad I got to reply to you. That was a good apartment in Peoria. Nice space and all, but it's a bite for sure. Thanks so much for sharing!

My brother used to live in those apartments about 6 years ago before they remodeled the insides. His rent used to be $800 there
  • Oh wow my mom rented an apt there in 1992 it was about 600 a month maybe a little less... I'm at the beginning of your video I can't wait to see what you come up with
  • I live right there. So glad you came back. I saw you enter the white ones next door a few months back. Yea, those ones behind Mike's shot from $600-1400 in 4 years. The original girl that was there was making $32 hour to sit in that office. She overdose on a new dealer with fentinal. Couldnt get from the original. The only between mine and Goodwill also went from 600 to 1000. That area with the donut shop and those 2 unoccupied buildings is for sale over 10 million on loopnet. I couldnt believe it. I have cameras that have picked up all kinds of shit. Don't move here. I mean it isnt as theft as Maryvale. At least here I can park my car with the windows up. Wait till you do the apartment just north of that one. All the light switches are outside all the rooms. Absolutely ridiculous. I also pay an extra $120 over my base rent when I signed a new lease. Also only one in my building paying these fees.
