The legendary former royal correspondent Charles Rae made his second appearance on The Sun’s hugely popular Royal Exclusive show to spill the beans.
Talking to The Sun’s royal editor Matt Wilkinson, attention quickly focused on the Prince of Wales’ big night out at Wembley Stadium to mark his 42th birthday with children Prince George, 10, and Princess Charlotte, nine to watch Taylor Swift perform.
The royal trio also posed for selfies with Swift herself and her American football player boyfriend Travis Kelce.
Charles said: “This is now what happens when people meet royalty. Now, you don’t just meet royalty you actually get selfies with them, so you’ve got this record of them.
“You’ve got people like one of the best singers in the world Taylor Swift taking selfies, that is a big accolade for her and shows her friendship to William.”
Wills and Taylor Swift had previously teamed up together to do a spirited version of Bon Jovi’s Living on a Prayer, along with the US legendary guitarist
Matt said: “Taylor, we’re told, was invited onto the Duchess of Sussex’s podcast Archetypes a couple of years ago and she turned it down. There’s going to be some angry eyes from California.”

Why do we care about Meg's reaction to William taking his children to the Taylor Swift concert? It was great to see him having a good time, given that he has the weight of the world on his shoulders.

I am just an American, and certainly not a psychiatrist, but I would be fearful of any reconciliation. If I were princess Catherine and prince William, I would never want those two around my children again. There is real danger there in so many ways… I just wish the press would stop asking, “when will there be a reconciliation”?

Any parent would know that Prince Louis is far too young to go to a concert that lasts over two hours. It wouldn’t have been fair to him to bring him along.

A big difference between the way William and Harry deal with their Mothers death is that William talks about what she did and who she helped when she was alive and Harry talks about the effect her death had on him.

These commentators need to stop begging for a reconciliation and talking about who should apologize to whom. It seems to me that both couples are fine not talking to one another and nobody should be forced to do anything they don’t feel genuine just to please outsiders.

You don't bring a 5 or 6 year old child to a concert, it is too long and too tiring. At this age, children's shows last 45 minutes, 1 hour maximum. Louis has all the time in the world to go to a concert, at the moment he is too young. I'm sure he had a wonderful evening with his mother.

Taylor Swift is a smart business woman and also close to her family, I think she is definitely on team Wales and does not approve of Meghan’s behavior ghosting her own father and criticizing the royal family (including William & Catherine) on a public platform.

William must be worried not only about Catherine's health but any decline of his father's health brings him closer to the throne and away from the freedom to spend so much time with his delightful children. I wish our Royal Family all the best wishes in the world. You make Britain proud.
