This animation really points out the fact that Pokémon only evolve in dire situations regardless of age, that’s why you have really old Pokémon who never evolve simply because they never needed to

I like how the ending beat sounds like footsteps to imply the pokemon trainer coming back, i’m late as hell but it’s still a neat detail
