The new owner of Telegraph Hill landmark Julius' Castle says he's encouraged by all the people who have fond memories of the historic restaurant and hopes to have it open again by the end of 2019. Devin Fehely reports. (3-17-2019)

Parking is the biggest issue. Its impossible to drive in SF! It’s scary and unnecessary. I always pay for parking at a garage and Uber everywhere.

I played my accordion outside of there during the lockdown. Sad it's still not open. It would have been nice to place my accordion in there. You have seen me during the lockdown. I was the walking accordion player
