This was one of the most greatest underrated fights of all time, this fight was crazy to me as a kid

Underrated fight, I assume because there's no knockdowns or anything. This was a banger though

I remember watching this fight live and it was a classic bout. No knockdowns, but both guys were throwing bombs. Neither man was holding back.

Remember this being the fight that made me love boxing as a pre-teen

Literally the first full boxing match I ever watched!

I believe Wright won 115-113, but his strategy in the shockingly dull 12th cost him the bout. Regardless of how well the fight had gone through 11, Winky was experienced enough to realize that in the champion's backyard he needed to take last round convincingly.
  • If you like fighting - this isn’t your fight. If you like boxing. This is your fight. I don’t like boxing. I love boxing.

Two of my favorite fighters. Excellent fight! Underrated for sure. Thank you for posting!

This was one of the greatest middleweight fights in modern history. Both these guys are phenomenal fighters, hall of fame caliber. Each round was so competitive, tough to score - Draw probably right decision
  • BRO THANK YOU FOR PUTTING THIS ENTIRE FIGHT UP💯🔥💥 THIS WAS MY SHIT 💯💯💯💯

Wright is severely underrated.. was avoided his entire career. Not until he was in his mid thirties did the top guys fight him 😤 still I think he edged this fight. Beat Mosley 2x and Tito. Had a great career but could’ve been an all time great

Winky was somthing else! What a unique champ. And Taylor was a good champ that ended up badly

Such a shame they never had a rematch. Elite level boxing match
