  • The dear person that's reading this, we don't know each other but I wish you all the best in life❤ don't ever blame yourself, accept things and go forward. Your smile is precious and a key to a happy life...
  • @sacdaabdurhman
Happiness doesn’t come from other people, from places or things. It comes from within. How many of you agree?
  • I started my martial arts journey at 58 years old, learning Tai Chi and southern, internal Kung Fu. I am also a Christian man, but life would have been a lot easier, had I grasped this philosophy decades ago. What a beautiful explanation of real life. I have not heard any Christian pastor explain how to live a righteous life better than you in this video. God Bless you.
  • This video has opened my eyes. I am not in a good place at the moment I recently lost my home, my partner and I have nothing, but listing to this gives me hope and the strength to keep going. Its not about what I have, possessions, money etc it’s about staying loyal to myself and my principles.
  • This is like my father's life. He had it all, lost it all but never lost himself. In all of his ups and downs my father stood an unmovable giant, not always liked but always respected by all. My hero, my teacher, my father.
  • @RobertSmith
Imagine if we all listened to this man for 1 hour a day, how the world might change.
  • @glammadam58
I once met a homeless man and he said to me “ never attach yourself to material things” that was so liberating to me! Free yourself from things of this world because we are just passing by. There is something better out there. Have FAITH! GOD IS IN CONTROL!! AMEN 🙏🏻
  • I'm a native American that lives life very spiritually. Following the Native American Church. Unfortunately have lost a lot and been through a lot. Just trying to refind myself and my place now in this new journey. Searching for a way to move forward whole and happy! Lost and trying to find the way back ... Thank You for your wisdom and knowledge!!
  • @decodameta4
This practice here is most essential. I believe that this message comes to those who are seeking the answers of wisdom. To whom ever you are reading this you are on the correct path. Keep learning the lessons of the wise and may peace be with you.

My father will be 90 in 2 months. I was moved to tears at the thought of having him listen to this. Because his mind and body are failing him, does not mean he is not still himself inside. Instead of focusing on what he is losing, remember his inner strength. He was a military man, a police officer, a deacon of his church, and the best Dad a girl could ask for. Thank you for sharing this video.
  • I’m so impressed by Shi Heng Ki - his character, his energy, his words of wisdom. Watching his movements fighting stances ( so fast ), then his Tai Chi - slow movements is a very beautiful sight… It honestly inspires me

Whenever I hear to him my tears start flowing automatically. How many people experience this? Listening to him feels like my soul is healing
  • The people commenting here are so nice, it's always so wonderful to see that beauty and love in people.
  • "You have power over your mind — not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength." ~ Marcus Aurelius 🙏😊

I love that: if you see something you like don't pull (it's pushed further), if you see something you don't like don't push (it's pulled closer). I love how simple and relatable your teachings are. I don't feel pressured by any expectations. It's not about motivations, but reminders. I'm realizing that strength scares people, who perceive themselves as weak. I don't want to be a victim, so I choose not to be. These reminders, help me to be mindful of my stable state. And if I destabilize, I will make sure to try to come back to authentic center. I would love, to get back into martial arts. The practice and dancing, balances me in such a deep way. Such gentle, and resonating truths. Dancing (right brain creativity/sensuality artist- feminine) and martial arts/fighting (left brain logic/warrior action- masculine) is exactly how I balance and feel the fullness of my light. Meditation, has helped deeply to come back to this knowing. Thank you🙏🏾
  • "Something you have attained you will also loose." That´s so true! I identified myself for 16 years as a very hardworking nurse. I was really proud of myself for the skills, knowledge and physical fitness. Until during one operation everything changed and I lost everything. Until I found myself again and finally learned everything about myself I was missing as I was so focused on work, on helping others. And totally forgot I have to look after myself, too! So now my inner journey has thrived beyond anything during the last three years. A lot more than during the 16 years of working. And yes, I am still in a wheelchair. But my inner world now is so much richer than ever before!
  • @gmikoner
I wish there were enough people like him to teach children emotional intelligence. These days are absolute chaos of emotion all around the world because people don't know any better.

  • @chooseaname1423
I learned this lesson a few years ago after I lost my health and ability to work at the prime of my life and career. It’s how I finally regained my peace. I try to explain it to others, but it’s hard to put in to words and I’m thankful for this video because it’s explained very beautifully. I’ll just share this from now on as my own words fail to do it justice.
  • I really need Shi heng Yi as a master. Ascended master from Norway really proud of the brothers and sisters controlling the fear and spreading light so that other people can do the same, We are liberating fear in the general masses. This is the time for love, unity and stronger contact christ consciosness and the higher self. Time is an illusion and so when we live in the past ore future everything is based on other perspective often in a seperated belief system, so the past is only a fraction of memory often based in limiting belief, fear based controlling reality and lower basal energies. let it go... and spread your energy from the authentic self. Love and light namaste
