so no blame on the suspect?
-
I feel bad for him, but the blame is on the perp.

What would have happened if the suspect wasn’t stopped? It is a fact that the brain (regarding ability to anticipate consequences) isn’t fully developed at this man’s age. He was behaving dangerously well before the ASP got involved & to show how indifferent he was he continued to drive dangerously after the officer tried to get him to pull over. In addition to his extreme indifference to the life of everyone including himself, he was carrying a gun easily available for use in his car. Was he in a homicidal/suicidal rage???

Blame is on the suspect. Focus your rage there.

Why are you even bringing this up? They are trying to blame the police. When are they going to blame the suspect? Why are you trying to twist this to blame the police? I feel for the family, it's a tragedy, but it's the suspects fault and the officers were trying to stop him. Is the family going to cough up the money for this training they want? I just can't stand MSM these days.

Countless examples of reckless ASP pursuits online. 140 mph on wet roads ...headon with a 18 wheeler. Public safety comes last.
-
ASP has a history of reckless pursuit behavior.

Law Enforcement nationwide has gotten out of control. Nobody can outrun a radio, stop these high speed chases and just wait for them to go home. Stop using the pit maneuver on expecting mothers who are looking for a safe place to pull over. And then allowing the officer to retire to avoid charges. The Arkansas State Police have been abusing their authority for a long time, maybe it’s time to step back and use some common sense. When you escalate the situation on almost every traffic stop, you are the problem. Video evidence is all over YouTube.
