this is amazingly well done in its entirety but especially the choice to put a clip of rassilon during the "daleks in high collars monologue" line made me gasp at how genious it is!! omg absolutely brilliant

Ah man, this is perfect. Your videos and playlists are what introduced me to Will Wood's music, and I've been adoring it—he's so good at writing these lyrics that are simultaneously unhinged and self-aware, delightfully fun and bright and unabashed but somehow also deeply self-conscious and often rather tragic. It, uh, makes sense that his music can be applied to so many of DT's characters. And this edit specifically—it's so perfect for the 10th Doctor, and you apply it so well. Ending on the Time Lord Victorious was a (painful, for me) stroke of genius.

@@laurenrogers Did I ever tell you that I ended up hyperfixating on Love Me Normally for like. Two weeks because of your edit? I was looking up sheet music and stuff. I didn’t even look into any other music by Will Wood, I just played Love Me Normally over and over again. Eventually I realized that I was obsessing over the major I chord moving to the major III chord (a chord progression I really like in a bunch of other songs). Also the existential lyrics go hard when the dopamine machine malfunctions.

Ouch... The last 20 seconds I was just staring at the screen mouth open... Another masterpiece and song to obsess about, so thx ig. ❤️
