The Legend of Wilbur Soot - Genius of Minecraft

I would like to begin by stating that I have lost all respect for Wilbur after becoming aware of what he’s done. I no longer support him AT ALL. After lots of reflection I have decided to keep this video up on my channel for the sole reason that I don’t want months of my work to disappear. This decision is for me, not him. I hope you understand. I send all of my support to Shelby and Alice, and hope the response from the community will bring them a brighter future.

This man's channel is the definition of quality over quantity. And yet, he posts videos of this quality almost every month. It's astounding.

The Wilbur Soot ARG is probably one of the best community based event I've ever seen in my life. The story was/is tough, but not too tough to lose interest. Wilbur just has that cryptic vibe that makes you need to know the whole story.

Coming back to this now, i used to think wilbur was a really entertaining person but now to hear this is just absolutely devastating.

He actually deserves even more credit for everything he's done and is doing.

As an aspiring writer myself, what he did in dream smp was nothing short of brilliant. He’s truly a storyteller. And now I discovered the ARG. Damn this man has a lore of his own.

Wilbur is definitely very entertaining creator, he's grown so ,much with he's content, from, writing a incredible stories for the Dream SMP, making music and now has he's own band, honestly I'm I'm proud how far he's come ^^

Even though I don't personally ejoy the Dream SMP I can't deny how big of an impact it was in sheding new light onto Minecraft.

I've been waiting for so long to see another one of these monster compilations about someone. I've seen the Legends of Philza and Technoblade told, but Wilburs was far worth the wait for. All three are people who can captivate an audience, but Wilbur seems to know how to tell a story for months on end better than anyone I'd ever heard of. From his ARG's to the Dream SMP, he's someone that can hold the attention of his audience with ease, and keep it until he draws the curtains close. He's truly an amazing creator, both on Youtube and on Twitch, and I am so glad you decided to give us a small glimpse into his amazing journey and story of how he came to be one of the most captivating creators to date

"The Legend of TommyInnit - Right Hand Man of Minecraft" He'd love this title because; It's a Hamilton reference, and Tommy always seemed to be the one who brings people together. He's been called a "Hero" and has been referred to many times but he was never the "Main Character" of the story (Dream SMP). He's like the lovable and relatable supporting character on everyones side. I genuinely love this child.

Wilbur is a man worthy to be an idol. He's done so much for his career, being an entertainer like no other, making quality music, having a nice personality, and many other traits. He's nothing more than an example for us to follow. edit: I know. I know...

I have no idea how Evan isn't on the Dream SMP for the quality of his content.

There are a few videos on YouTube that I believe should remain forever as a historical masterpiece to be remembered and rewatched for years to come but this channel consistently makes that standard. There is no other channel that I have seen do this consistently. Evan MC is the historian this community needed.

Little did Evan know that he himself was becoming a legend.

i have truly never seen anyone who is as loved by stories and as good of a storyteller as him. the way he inspires and animates people to continue those stories is evident everywhere he goes-- on ao3 and twitter and the comment sections of his 100p videos, in art and music and everything else people create based on his content. i wish him all the best & i cannot WAIT for all the songs and stories he will share with us in the future.
