Spiritual gains. I ordered some singing bowls and a meditation pillow. I've been fascinated with the sound of Tibetan singing bowls, I almost always do my morning yoga to the sound of them on a youtube stream, these bowls are Bengali bowls, but they generate about the same effect. I think it sounds so transcedental..... I'm a total beginner at this, if you enjoy these hypnotising sounds I recommend you find some good youtube streams, cause there are so many good ones circulating...

    Such lovely sounds! How many bowls? It would be nice to see them up closer, and see more clearly how you create the sounds. :)
