I am listening to this right now!! And it’s REALLY working!!! Whilst listening to this, I am remembering all my POSITIVE past memories!!!! And forgetting negative memories. I am getting this constant feeling of how GREAT of a person I am!! And also getting this feeling of realizing that all the bad stuff that has happened to me is other people’s issues!!!
