  • Varek is such an underrated character. Literally took on a whole army with one arm and a sword and managed to hold them back. Imagine his capability if he had both arms and his gun during that fight.
  • My heart literally started to cry near the end. ITS A ROMANCE AND ACTION MOVIE ALL TOGETHER!!! 😭😭😭👌
  • It’s so strange, yet amazing that a animation with no voice lines AT ALL can convey so much emotion and tell such an amazing story that puts even some Hollywood films to shame
  • I really Feel Sad 😭 because Lava general Save Everyone 36:00 He fights with everyone with One Hand RESPECT×1000....
  • Only one word can describe this animation: amazing. What I witnessed while watching this was the feeling of being on the edge of my seat as the action unfolds. From the beginning to the end, I was laughing, crying (especially at the end), but I was extremely satisfied with the storyline. A very simple storyline made into a unique, one-of-a-kind setting, and that is what makes the most critically acclaimed directors for movies so well-known; the way of thinking outside of the box and getting creative with your ideas. Everybody needs to see this film. You should be very proud of the work you have created with this movie. I sure hope we see a sequel. Well done!

43:53 I only just realised that the parrots parting ways was foreshadowing the other two parting ways as well damn that's some good storywriting

  • Worlds Apart Plot In Detail One dark morning, Derp is taking a walk through the forest, when he comes upon something peculiar. He finds a big stone structure, that seems ancient and magical. It suddenly lights up and creates an orange portal, and Derp runs away in fear. He runs back to Black Plasma Studios, thinking that the portal means something bad is about to happen. He attempts to get the attention of the tea-obsessed animator Sam, and soon gets his attention by climbing onto the ceiling window. After explaining what he encountered, Sam grabs a sword, and Derp grabs his fish, and they set off towards the portal. When they arrive, they see an rigid and daunting orange-and-black alien in front of the portal. He notices them and they prepare to attack, but Derp’s fish flops away in fear and he runs after it, leaving Sam. He tries to attack, but the alien (named Varek) appears to be close to indestructible, and knocks Sam out. He drags Sam into the portal and into a world with a dark sky, and life that looked to be clinging on to a time a little less worse. The planet is overrun by the species that Varek is, known as the Droug, who have put the planet in it’s dystopian setting. He is now in Alvatros. When he awakens, Sam is thrown to a curb and is about to be executed by Varek with his elemental gun. But it is interrupted by a blue haired Felina named Krista. Well-armed, Krista attempts to steal the device that lit up the Alvatrosian portal. Sam grabs the device and they escape onto a passing train. They introduce themselves, as the train comes to a stop. They escape as Droug approach the train, and walk into the ruined City of Alvatros. There, they see Droug taking the last remaining citizens as slaves. Sam interferes and kills two hypnotized Droug slaves, with Krista killing the last. She insists that he keep the gun that he used on them. Krista stares at a destroyed house and has a flashback of when she lived in the city as a kitten. Back when Alvatros was a better and greener place. She walks over to a lonely flower where her favorite tree used to be, and looks up at the Droug Mothership, realizing there is nothing left for her there now and she only wants to get away to another planet. She and Sam run to a wall and she peeks over to see the Droug building their new civilization with their hypnotized slaves. Sam gives Krista the flower before they rush into the battle. They kill the Droug and their slaves while rushing to another Alvatrosian portal. The Droug Mothership dispatches a ship with Varek. The ship crashes, and Varek drops down and attacks Krista. Krista drives her light saber through his shoulder, cutting off one of his arms. She runs up to the portal and places the device, opening the portal. She sees Sam has been shot, and fends him off while he runs up to the portal, and escapes out of Alvatros and back to the Minecraft Earth. Krista unhooks the device and throws it through the portal as it closes. Sam is now fond of Krista and decides to not let her die there, but the device is out of power and can’t open the portal. Sam runs back to Black Plasma Studios and hooks his gun to the device, powering it up again. Sam gets armed and prepares to return to Alvatros. He sees that Derp has told the fellow animators of what happened, and they are armed and ready to follow him into battle. Meanwhile, the disarmed Varek goes into a Droug lair and finds the robot that controls the Droug known as the Controller. It brings up another portal device. Varek is now hated upon for missing a limb, and is ordered to be banished. He goes to the portal and lights it up, and the controller turns its crank and sets it to go to a different planet. After Varek leaves, the Droug are ambushed by Sam, Derp and the other animators. Sam picks up a gun and goes back to the city of Alvatros, where the Droug are taking more citizens to their lair to become slaves. He kills the guards and enters the lair. He sees tons of unconscious people held on to a conveyer belt by their wrists being led through an orange wall that will hypnotize them. He spots Krista and rescues her from the conveyer belt. She wakes up and hugs him. They run to the back of the orange wall the people were being pulled into and see the two people they rescued from Droug slaves earlier. They are wearing masks, and, upon seeing them, the mask’s eyes turn orange and they turn evil. After shooting them, Krista and Sam walk on, horrified by what all the people will become. Krista takes back her light saber, while Sam recharges her gun and gives it back to her. They go further into the lair and come across a black box. It explodes and a Droug turret emerges. Krista defeats it, and she walks to the orange wall behind. She tries to stab it with her light saber and Sam helps. The orange wall then disappears and all the people becoming slaves are realeased from the conveyer belt. They all grab weapons then run outside and battle the Droug. Krista and Sam leave the lair and hijack a Droug ship to get back to the portal. All the people below are killed while Derp and the animators see the two and run back into the portal. A Droug shoots the ship, and Krista drives the ship at full speed to the portal while it’s falling. The Controller triggers the portal’s crank to move, and sets the portal’s location to another planet. The ship falls straight through, and crashes on a lonely desert world. The portal closes and Sam and Krista spot Varek. On Alvatros, the Droug now have a full army of Droug turrets, and the Mothership teleports to Earth. On the other side, Derp and the animators are waiting for Sam, when the Droug and their armies start marching out of the portal, and they run away. In the city that the animators live, the mothership appears, and all the citizens begin panicking. The Droug begin a large massacre, taking the survivors to become slaves, and the Minecraft Earth starts becoming another planet that belongs to the Droug. On the desert planet, Varek sees Krista and Sam armed, and, not wanting anything else to do with them, just walks away. They follow him into a graveyard of old Droug technology since this was a planet the Droug failed to take over. Varek walks into the old mothership and asks Sam for the device that opened the portal. Sam knows that Varek is now the good guy, and tells Krista to lower her sword. He hands over the device and Varek charges it. He turns on lights that give him the power to turn the portal’s crank. Sam runs back to it and places the device, starting the portal up. Meanwhile, Varek displays a map of the galaxy, and Krista sees other planets that were taken over by the Droug. She has a flashback of when her city was taken over and her parents were killed, and realizes that she does want to save her home town. She and Varek walk back to the portal and Varek goes first into the Earth. After slaughtering the guards surrounding the portal, Krista and Sam come through. They walk to the city, and see the aftermath of the genocide. Sam spots a citizen trying to escape, but is shot dead instantly. The three go back to Black Plasma Studios, where the animators are hiding out. They are trying to come up with a plan to stop the Droug, and Varek helps by giving them a blueprint of the Mothership, and shows that by shutting down the Controller, all other Droug would shut down as well. Sam, now in love with Krista, gives her the confidence to go out into the battle. The next morning, the remaining citizens and the animators go to battle against the Droug, while Krista, Varek, and Sam steal a ship and ride up to the Mothership. Varek hands Sam his elemental gun and Sam and Krista go into the Mothership, while Varek stays behind to fight off the Droug that boarded the Mothership. Varek puts up a good fight, but is shot multiple times, then shot in the head, and killed. Sam and Krista lower into the chamber of the mothership and find the Controller. The controller releases two turrets, and Sam and Krista carry out the fight. Krista destroys the two turrets and pounces at the Controller. The Controller suddenly swings a large blade at Krista, and she falls hard. Down below, the animators begin hitting rock bottom as they get surrounded. With Krista badly wounded, Sam grabs her sword and overpowers the Controller then sticks the sword in its eye. The Controller breaks and everything powers down, including the Droug slave’s masks, and they save the animators. The whole Mothership is now powered down, so it slowly begins falling. Sam runs back to the ship and flies it to a flat green meadow. There, Krista, still alive and conscious, smiles at Sam, and Sam holds her in his arms, as the Mothership goes down. A few weeks later, everything has been rebuilt, and the citizens that were once slaves have built their village next to the city and all is peaceful once again. Krista meets up with Sam and she puts her light sword on Varek’s grave. With the Droug gone, Krista has decided to go explore other planets, and have new adventures, but Sam cannot come. They walk back to the portal, which is still on, and Sam hands Krista the device that lights it up, so she can use it to explore new places. They hug each other as one last farewell, and Krista disappears into the portal. Sam unhooks the device and walks away, deciding to leave what we don’t know, and what they don’t know as worlds apart.

My respect for the one armed general is too high. He deserved better, he really did. My eyes started watering when he died..
  • Everyone, please share songs of war with your friends. This is so underrated. We need to convince David it is worth his time and efforts.
