Somehow I actually got 0 strikes while playing along. (Personal rule was that I had to swap if I picked the same as someone since… obviously I’m not there for FWG lol)

Fun math fact: even with 1025 pokemon and only 5 people, if everyone had a random pokemon, there would be a ~1% chance of 2 people have having the same pokemon, and with 50 people, it becomes ~70%! Thanks, birthday paradox, I guess.
