The Monza really does look so much better than the regular Torino, which as you perfectly put it, it looks like a Home Depot checkout special. Haha… nailed it!

Being a novice sharpener myself who enjoys these type of knives I can give the tip to get and learn stropping. I’ve found stropping is extremely easy and forgiving and with steels like 20cv and m390 giving a few passes on the leather every night after work keeps that edge very keen also stropping can take a so so sharp edge to hair shaving quick.

I really like my Torino CF, and have decided that I like the blade finish. No worries about me scratching it, because it is pre-scratched. I think that I may need the Monza, but am trying to decide when I'd carry it instead of the Sebenza or Inkosi.

I love the finish of my Sandrin Monza blade. The finish is unique.

My family came from Barrea Italy . I love hanging out with the old Italians and hearing stories about the old country . Apparently one can attain citizenship of your parents are from there . Some people do it for healthcare reasons just in case . I have a friend who actually got his family s land back and sent me there for 6 months to remodel a structure . It’s so cool there . Not as many trees tho as I thought and goats just hang out . It’s definitely different . The people were nice . I almost bought a structure there when they were very cheap but needed major renovations . Wow , that handle ! Feels like velvet ?
