Confederate DESTROYS Yankee with FACTS and LOGIC

This video has officially lasted longer than the Confederacy.

"The USA had slavery for 89 years. The Confederacy had slavery for 4 years!" So, in other words, the USA had slavery for 36% of its existence, whereas the confederacy had slavery for 100% of its existence.

"White supremacy is not racist" I would like that person to elaborate more on that "supremacy" part

My favorite part of this argument is how people ignore the Confederate constitution not allowing any state to ban slavery is literally taking away a state's right to decide if they want to allow slavery or not.

I was raised in Louisiana. Around 2004, I was in middle school when we were supposed to go over the Civil War in American history. It was to be a two week long segment of the course. When we walked into the classroom on Monday, the teacher - who was actually the coach - was dressed in his confederate reenactment uniform. He told us we wouldn't need our books for the next two weeks, because he knew this part of the curriculum by heart. He told us there would be no tests for the next two weeks, so, we were super into it. We spent two weeks learning about the American Civil War from a man dressed as a confederate general. There was not a single mention of slavery in those two weeks. It was taught to us that it was entirely about the southern states fighting for their right to oppose the ruling of the federal government for fair representation in congress and over taxation. So, if you meet arrogant southerners who don't understand why the confederate flag is distasteful, keep in mind what was being taught in public education not that long ago. Side note: that same week, the science teacher brought a rifle to school to show us that fluid dynamics proves JFK had to have been shot from the front. Ironically, the test he set up actually supported that the shot could have been from the back, because the gallon of milk he shot actually moved closer to us on the table, proving he had no idea what he was talking about. He played it off saying we couldn't rely on the test results because it normally doesn't do that.

When Youtube comments start to justify slavery and white supremacy, my soul starts to die.

After Thursday, August 17, 2023, Checkmate Lincolnites will officially have lasted longer than the Confederacy. As of this post, that is only 3 weeks away.
