The value that US wants you to share: “democracy”, “freedom”... VS the value you really need :"prosperity, peace..."

Interesting we never heard of the issue of overcapacity when Germany was the exporter to the world.

German Chancellor Scholz will have to answer some nasty questions from his Master in Washington when he gets back

One side tells you to ban this and sanction that while ignoring your own interests. Another side tells you to seek common ground. So who is the real suppressor.

  • "....rules based system"? HAHAHA! Those that call for a rules based system always want the rules to benefit themselves..and are the first to violate them when its convenient!

Just check the number of Mercedes sold in Chinas last year , its 600000 . One costs easily average of 50000 USD . Now multiply those two numbers .
  • Whats the point of talking to Germany, Europe, Japan and South Korea if at the end of the day, the final decision is at Washington. A waste of jet fuel, these leaders should just do a skype meeting. But glad these western leaders are wasting the Chinese leaders time.
  • Well, At least in his remaining 30-40 years, there are plenty of opportunities to try it out
