I hit a really low point in mental health yesterday, and I was absolutely exhausted by the stress of breaking down. So much so that I’m not at school. I’m starting to feel a little more like myself. Thank you for this. Edit: Thank you to everyone for such kind replies. I am doing much better than I was when I initially made this. I’ve been learning to manage stress, been eating healthier, just generally working for a better me. I still have terrible days, but I promise that it does get better. Just allow yourself to live a little. You have time.

I’m a Salvadoran woman and I came across reggae on my own and this is the only type of music that hits me in the soul. This music is spiritual to it’s core. I truly believe that it is the music of the people as I see everybody from all over the world sharing these amazing vibes together in the comments. God bless you and keep going

Being a Rasta. Its not having Dreads nor smoke ganja . Its the spirit within your inner Vibe. Now you are a Rasta. Yyaahhman!

I'm not a weed smoker and I am a Chinese guy. When I listen to Reggae and told them I like Reggae.. Lots of people will laugh at me and tease me did I smoke weed, why I don't change my hairstyle to dreadlocks hairstyle.. I ignored those hypocrites because for me, live life to the fullest. You everyday go work doesn't mean you like your job right.. Reggae 4EVER! Jah Bless you all!!
-
Rasta deserves more respect. Going through crap and keeping positive vibrations. That's power
