Its crazy to think how much better this game couldve been only if the devs weren't forced to release it during its development

A game that was supposed to be released in 2077 was released early in 2020! That's really amazing... 3 years goes by so quickly.
  • Looks like I can start playing it soon. Thank you all for beta testing it all these years!

The shadows work exactly as intended: they show where the light is blocked by the playermodel. The problem isn't the shadows, it's the playermodel itself because of how CDPR makes it look in first person. I guess they never took notes from other studios that make the playermodel move normally and still make it look natural in first person.
  • I dont think the shadows are broken, it's more like the first person animations are janky af

Damn I do not remember the ladders being that broken but little things like that are huge in making the game feel alive. Shame about the fire grenades. Thanks for making this comparison.

Despite the handful of bugs that still remain in the game, i've been having a lot of fun with the new patch and the game looks gorgeous at 60 fps on PS5. It feels like the driving mechanics got a lot better too

Released a paid beta, got enough traction with the anime, and finally the full release. What a wild ride Cyberpunk 2077 has had.

4:50 Hitting NPC on 2.0: V's punch is so powerful, it literally dislocated the head from the shoulder

One big new thing about jumping out of vehicles is that with a certain perk in Reflex, you can jump out without taking damage, or even slide out to take advantage of other perks.
  • @acefomin11
2.0 also added the ability to slide and jump out a moving car. Makes for some cinematic moments
  • @Jesse-qd1mv
really had a blast playing the beta version, so excited to play the full release

2.0 is basically the bare minimum of what the game should of launched like. Game development must be a nightmare if this took them years.
  • SO GRATEFUL I waited until this week to start playing it, it’s truly a fucking sick game!
  • @Nick_R_
A lot of the changes were introduced before 2.0. Certainly 1.6 was already a different game to the original release.
  • @GamingMedCasper
many of the things you show were not 2.0 but 1.6 they fixed many of those things last year
  • @meistermarius24
Even more important is the overall performance, it runs so much better.

The 2.0 water line when there looking at the broken house from water looks insanely good and it’s the best looking one ive ever seen
