Locals react to report of former President Trump calling Milwaukee a 'horrible' city

In response, his campaign said he was referring to the city’s violent crime rate and voter fraud.
TMJ4 wanted to hear directly from people who call Milwaukee home, so we took to the streets to do just that.
Rather than simply asking, we created a sign to see if his statement would make a statement and get people talking.
“It's just a regular city. People are just really afraid of the narratives that are being pushed,” said Omar Jaime.

Well milwaukee is chiraq in terms of all the shootings. He was t saying it sucks but its horrible that city of Milwaukee is not safe. You news reporters aren't living in the hood to see the crime in front of you which makes it a horrible city in that sense.

Ask those who are being shot, robbed, sexual assult. Ask all the restaurants whose food is being stolen. Reckless driving is also bad. So some parts are good while other parts are horrible.

YTD. 2,784 aggravated assault, 3,165 thefts, 2,528 vehicle thefts, 188 rapes, 255 non fatal shootings, 53 homicide, 83 arson. This is year to date on for 2024, according to Milwaukee website.

Ok as someone who lives in Wisconsin and has been to Milwaukee I have to say that while it is that bad Milwaukee isn’t that good either.
