This is why they use 27 year old actors for high school movies. They used to actually look 27

Damn, this guy was friends with half of the High School, including professors.

I miss those days. The fashion, the attitude, the easy going approach to life. The friendliness and openness of people interacting with one another. I never knew how good we had it back then.

When we didnt have smartphones and people actually spoke to each other face to face. ALL THE TIME

I graduated high school in 2000. This was the way kids were exactly. I graduated in Minnesota. Miss this time in history.

I graduated in 2001, man if I only knew that those days were going to be so much better than they are now.

80/90s kids got to enjoy the last slice of pre-digital life in human history.... really makes you think.

I used to think that movies having 30 year old highschool kids was dumb, now I know better.
  • 2001 was the year I graduated high school. Man what a time to be a teen.

I remember my high school like this. I was shy and didn’t really fit in but I loved the social and friendly part no doubt. Glad I was a part of such generation especially cause it’s once in a lifetime thing.

Does anyone else wish that they were living in those days cause they looked and seemed more fun than today
  • The 2000’s are iconic. Great music, great movies, great tv shows, great memories, great times.

This was the same year as my graduating class. Back then, I couldn't wait to get out. Now, after 18 years of 9 to 5 office drudgery, I have to say I miss it. Those four years of high school seemed like an eternity back then. Enjoy it while it lasts, kids. There's no going back to it.

Is it possible to feel nostalgic about a place you've never been? I wasn't even in an American high school, but this was 34 minutes of straight nostalgia. The early 2000s were great

Graduated 2000. It’s crazy that lookin at footage of my class today would be like looking at footage from the class of ‘77 back then. The older you get, the more you realize how quickly time goes by.
