Steve Hartman is a reporter known for his warm-hearted profiles of people making a difference. His new TV special, "The Gift: Kindness Goes Viral," shows examples of people who have changed the world by doing acts of kindness. The one-hour special also gets very personal for Hartman. He fought back tears as he shared an emotional reunion with a man he volunteered as a Big Brother for many years ago.
