Oscar & The Wolf is een dromerige en talentvolle band in volle ontwikkeling. De in eigen beheer opgenomen debuut-ep 'Imagine Mountains' was een staalkaart van indie folk in het spoor van Bon Iver, Fleet Foxes en Isbells en op de vorig jaar verschenen ep 'Summer Skin' (een productie van Robin Proper-Sheppard van Sophia) lieten Max Colombie & co een eerder donker en gelaagd popgeluid horen. De band speelde al voorprogramma's van Lou Reed, Mercury Rev, Mogwai, Warpaint, Villagers, Julia Stone en Ben Howard. Een debuutalbum volgt in 2013. Maar eerst nog een Spoor 8-sessie in de glazen serres van Verbeke Foundation in Kemzeke.

    excellent, vraiment excellent. une voix transcendante, des sons bien choisis. je ne connais ce groupe que depuis peu mais j adore vraiment. Bonne continuation à eux.
