Jiraiya had the eternal assurance he was seeking, even though it was for just a moment. 1. He was hugely concerned for Naruto's survival and he saw Boruto. 2. He wanted Naruto to do what he wasn't able to do, i.e save Sasuke and bring him back, which he saw too. 3. He was concerned about peace in the Ninja World and seeing that Sasuke wanted to save Naruto that means Naruto already managed to become Hokage and that his dream was finally fulfilled.
