Let's Talk Homelessness LIVE

Published 2024-04-15
It's been some time, so I thought we'd jump on a livestream to connect and catch up. A lot has been happening in the world, especially regarding homelessness and homeless people. I'll try to get right at 5 PM Pacific time, but I may be a little late. I haven't set up a livestream in a while, and it may take me longer than normal.

Talk about the LA County Auditor report saying government hasn't tracked where billions of homeless aid dollars have been spent. Fix the grift.

I am in Austin, TX. When I moved to Austin I never thought ai would become homeless. My mom, sister, and 2 nieces moved to Austin in 2017 around September. In 2018 I met Armando, the love of my life until he passed. Over the next five years I would remain homeless after me and Armando were evicted in July of 2019. I have managed to only have 3 camps in 5 years, only because I go into the woods. I learned early on stay out of sight, out of mind.. God gave me the task of building a community, for his people, who need help. The seed planted after visiting Community First Village. For the People Project aims to build self sustaining communities eventually nation wide. I have a long story and I recently started a podcast to share my story and the story of others. I am here to be a voice of truth. Thanks Invisible People for having me!

It's cruel what they r doing to homeless people families etc. should be helping not destroying them. Everyone has their own stories as to how they got there. 😢😢😢

Lmao! America is making homelessness illegal. I’ve been living in a converted cargo trailer for five years. Arizona is all over me. I’m hidden. I move often. I’m clean and don’t make a mess anywhere. I’m making more net on my check than the pigs and rangers messing with me. I’m a disabled veteran refusing to pay high rents. I have savings because I refuse to give away my $ to landlords or mortgage banks. I qualify but refuse. My truck and cargo trailer are both 2019 models and paid off. No debt. Cops and rangers and the public are asswipes. I live in the national forest, blm land and Arizona state trust land.
