Just a little theory why cheetos keeps lashing out, it might be because there’s two dogs and he’s not allowed outside so his territory is getting smaller. Best to either get him some of those platforms you put on the wall for him to climb (cats love being up high) and/or play with him lots so he can use up his energy.
