LMAO, y'all really gotta stop cutting these interviews short. Why even bother with YouTube if ya ain't gunna put it all there?

What makes it worse is that Penix has not played a down in the NFL and he is already a year and half older than CJ Stroud.
  • What is going on with the editing it is horrific with the cutoffs every video lately. “Here is some of the interview”
  • 6'2", 228. Me being a looooong time Bears fan(1959), I loved the Falcon's pick at 8. I had them drafting Rome Odunza at 8 and I was real curious to see if Da Bears wouild trade down for an extra pick or draft an O tackle, an edge rusher or interior D lineman at 9. I really liked Odunza and Harrison Jr, but I figured no way would the Bears get one of them at 9, so color me a real happy camper Dan.

Shout out to the BEST TWO SPORTS RADIO VOICES OUT THERE ! Love these two ! Cowturd got nothin on these guys 😂
  • It’s not a head-scratcher why they drafted Penix Jr. It’s a head-scratcher why they didn’t draft a defensive player instead. There’s a difference.
  • Eisen says 'when have we ever seen anything remotely similar to this?" Well, we've seen it twice with the Packers. Superstar quarterback offended by the franchise drafting a QB while he is there (Farve is there when they chose Rodgers, Rodgers is there when they chose Love.) The quarterback position is such a wild card, I am not surprised teams take guys early to give them time to evaluate and provide depth in case of injury. You have Heisman trophy winners that are busts and the last person chosen in the draft playing for the 49ers.

I believe that they’re not quite sure how Kirk will be coming off injury. If he needs a few weeks into the NFL season, they feel Penix could bridge the gap for a relatively cheap plus with all the quarterbacks that seem to have gone down throughout the year, it’s worth having a great number two just in case.

Do you really think Penix is going to stand on the sidelines for 2 seasons the way qbs get injured?
  • @Steven-kl6lh
Kirk cousins is an old maybe at times an above average quarterback...these sideline talk show critics somehow think they know more than the experts....in this day and age of more mobile QBs, and QB'S getting hurt, you almost need a good backup...(See the jets and Rodgers)

Nothing wrong with doing it the right way and letting Penix sit a couple years. This year he sits for sure but he can do what Mahomes did to Alex Smith and they can bench cut or trade Kirk cousins. Is what it is. Can’t pass up on someone like Penix Jr for a 35 year old coming off Achilles tear
  • @TheAnthony55221
Difference between Penix and Love is age. Let's say you keep Kirk for 2 years, Penix will be 26 with 0 NFL start then he needs to workout cause you have to sign him to a contract at age 27-28? It's just weird. Plus it's the 8th pick not the 26th pick. With the 8th pick your supposed to get an impact day 1 starter now a clipboard for 2 years.
  • Why do NFL Teams have such Large draft staffs My 4 yr old could have same results with the Mock draft previews from CBS ESPN and NFL websites
