I didn't do a numerical test at the assessment yesterday. They ask you about yourself, hobbies etc. Gave me a senario to answer: If you was working in chilled section and putting stock away in fridges etc and a customer drops tray of eggs on the floor creating a mess, what do you do? Hint...chilled foods...so remember it will need to be put back in chiller or in fridge due to temp. Also consider health n safety so customers don't slip. Any anything else you think of. They ask maybe what you think working there is like and ask you about a time in previous worklife you hsd a very challenging day. Maybe you can say about being shortstaffed and importance of teamwork. They may ask you maths test or other questions but they asked me these so get prepared if they ask you these

I really dont agree with these at all. Why cant they just have a regular interview like everyone else? I have dyslexia and dyspraxia and this really goes against me as am not good in test situations but if you tell me what needs doing I can do it and if you did a practical test I could do it. I could do this job but I've already been set to fail
