  • Man completely changed the culture. Rams were an utter embarrassment as a franchise for years before he came in. Now we've been a a consistently winning program with 2 Super Bowl trips and one beautiful trophy to show for it. God bless McVay.
  • @shaunbang
Love how mcvay turned this franchise around as well as opened the doors for young coaches in a league that only ever hired older coaches for their “experience” regardless of their actual performance
  • @Qazedca
watching this in 2022 right before the superbowl is crazy, matt lefleur, zac taylor, brandon staley, now kevin o'connell ALL head coaches. the mcvay coaching tree is crazy
  • Couldn't even see her face at the end, but you know she's a smoke show. I fucking love this guy already.
  • Bro imagine being 31 u get home to a huge mansion in the hills with a view of the city and ur hot 25yr old wife is there... Life man. Just life
  • @AaronJReagan
he looks like a grad student walking around with that backpack
  • @scottpagels3133
I thought this guy is super cool and has my respect.... then that hottie comes in and hugs and kisses him right at the end and I'm like damn, McVay is a god.
  • @jpete3027666
With the super bowl title he’s now the best coach in the NFL.
  • @ryanlee739
Anyone else watch this for a productivity enhancement? watching him being productive is a boost
  • @slydEvil35
I wish I loved something half as much as this guy loves football. Seems like the type of guy who doesn’t need an alarm clock and is excited to wake up and work every day.
  • @JEK
Day and night difference between McVay and Fisher energy levels. Might just be the young spark the players need to turn their losing ways around.
  • I love this guy! He's a player's coach. The Rams are a young team and so it makes sense to have a young coach. I think the Rams have a pretty good defense. I think they may be elite with Wade Phillips coming in as their defensive coordinator. I can't even imagine what Wade's influence on Aaron Donald would be.
  • I always loved the Rams helmets with the white horns the most, I just think they stand out best.
  • @drewhendley
Working hard and going home to family is a good thing
  • @Chris-og8kg
who's here after he just won his first super bowl
