i cant believe they made such a big game in only 41 minutes
-
"Yes I was in the chess club" - Todd Howard
-
That long-haired guy walking through the woods deserves so much credit, because one of Oblivion's greatest aspects is the forests and the world and the overall feel and atmosphere.
-
They don't make mini documentaries about game creation anymore. These are fascinating
-
"I love the undead, I try to use them as much as possible" SO THAT'S THE FUCKER
-
"Any news from the other provinces?" "Farewell" "Bye"
-
it is incredible, this is what i call passion. I love how Todd Howard is just Michael Scott from The Office, and how his team is dedicated to create the best game ever at that time. I was so happy seeing those nerds passionaly creating this incredible game. Thanks for them.
-
I will never forget the feeling of leaving the sewer and witnessing the whole world
-
I remembered coming home from school and playing this game for hours, when it came out. Good old days.
-
"The artists have made over 9,000 objects." It just works.
-
having a horse girl animate the horses is genius, no one would be more dedicated
-
Todd's opening intro was the most oblivion npc dialogue sounding shit I've heard and it's beautiful
-
I didn't remember this episode of The Office.
-
"You dork. Go back to the chess club."
-
25:44 He's not wrong; the cheesiest of lines read by an actor who commands such gravitas creates an absolutely unforgettable opening to a legendary game.
-
“I don’t have a picture of my wife in my wallet, but I’ve got a picture of Patrick Stewart in my wallet” Sums up everyone in this video I love it
-
every inch of oblivion is overflowing with socially awkward nerd love, it's so earnest
-
1:35 you can tell todd waited a few decades to say that.

God damn it I can’t express how lucky I feel for having experienced a game like Oblivion at the time when I was just 11-12 years old, imagine my hype for Skyrim when I was in high school. The industry was so artisanal, truly happy I was aware enough to appreciate this golden age.
