Damage shitting levels are set to TACO. After some testing, I employ Deathfire Touch in the last of my placement games. More on those later, but in this one I do super well and DFT proves to sting quite a fair bit. The idea behind it is that his Q is a single target ability now and not an auto-reset so it gets full DFT time, while all of his AoE hit twice, meaning he gets more duration than most AoE users from it. So it's good sustained damage rather than outright burst. Works pretty weel with his more "stick and move" playstyle. Also anyone taking a passive proc and DFT get really burned.
