It took an hour to get this scared rescue dog out of the car — so when she claimed this guy as her dad, he knew they were soulmates ❤️

Seeing a dog that scared makes me hurt inside. Happy she’s got a great home now.

After all of the fear and trepidation Chloe experienced, the image of her wrapped up in Darvish's arms on the sofa was truly heart-warming. That is what LOVE looks like!

People who are willing to take in older animals, and give them a home, have my eternal respect
  • @Mark1Mach2
INCREDIBLE, just incredible. Many thanks to Darvish who fostered and more importantly adopted her and called her family. Good on both of them!

The sadness in those eyes. Absolutely heartbreaking

She's lovely... Just needed somebody to show her love, then gives it right back ❤️
  • My wife and I rescued and fostered 73
greyhounds in a two year period.
Taught them how to play ball, climb stairs, know what a screen door was. Just how to be a plain old dog. Some adapted swiftly others took a while.
ALL of them turned out to be great gentle animals.
We quit because every time we watched a family drive away with them our hearts would break.
    We kept the last two......
  • That doggie has the most expressive eyebrows and beautiful eyes. Bless that gentleman that took it in and gave it a forever home. 👁️👄👁️ 💕

The way that Dogs 🐕 are able to bond with humans is truly special.
  • Darvish is a truly special person. I'm so glad this was a foster fail. What a perfect match.

The smile on Darvish's face when she put her head on his shoulder... he needed her too! Thank God they are together!
  • I'm always so sad when animals are so afraid what has she probably experienced? but i'm even happier when they can trust again because that basically just means that the stress goes away and with great owners they can finally be free and happy that makes me happy.
  • @LordJHouse
I really respect their patience and persistence with this beautiful dog. Really glad he foster failed too because I didn't want to see her move to another home after getting comfortable and confident with her new spot and owner. That dog is set now, as well as her master! Stoked for both of them!
  • @b.buster.
I'm so glad she rescued Darvish. he seems like a good guy.
  • “i wanna trust you but i can’t” it’s 15 seconds into the video and i’m already crying

That moment when your newly acquired dog puts their head on your arm for the first time completely relaxing is so special. It's like the dog thanks you and letting you know you entered the next level in trust :)
