In our final episode of Crash Course Geography we're going to take a look towards the future, and to do that we'll need to revisit our fundamental geography tools: space, place, and human-environment interactions! We'll talk about the rise of the digital world and virtual spaces, the continued impacts of globalization and the Anthropocene, and even ponder new ideas like geoengineering. As we've said many times in this series the Earth is a beautifully dynamic place, and human innovation and our desire to claim and create our own places will continue to build new landscapes and futures. Thank you all so much for joining us on this journey across our extraordinary home planet!

  • This was one of the best series Crash Course has ever done. Well done, team. You can be proud.
  • @danielm.1441
Fabulous series, shame it's come to an end already. Alizé & the team have put together something informative & worthwhile & they should be immensely proud.
  • @randyyy2609
Thank YOU, Alizé, and everyone on the Crash Course team, for making this series. You are amazing <3
  • Thank you Alizé and the Crash Course team! I've been a geography nerd since elementary school, so it was awesome to have this series come out the year I turned 40.
  • I can’t believe I was actually here for the start and end of a whole series. I’m truly saddened but I’m also so excited to see where this channel will go. I can’t wait for my kids to one day watch all these beautiful lessons that have taught me so much in such brief times. My wife’s major is geography, and what a wonderful little world of interwoven peoples from all over to bring these things together. From my little corner of the world to yours, thanks for the memories.

Omg I feel like I'm gonna cry 😢
I just can't believe that this is the last episode I've been watching it ever since episode 5. I appreciate geography more because of you guys 😭
  • @kcazllerraf
Can't believe it's already been 50 episodes, great series!
  • @mortalspiral
I'm not sure I'm ready for this series to end 😭 Thanks for all the thought provoking episodes!
  • @diegoalan5725

Thanks Alizé! Absolutely loved this series and you and the team did such a great job with it! I'll be rewatching it for years to come.
  • @vagoerrante
The best series for me in crash course only behind thre great classical World History. I really enjoyed a ton all the videos of this series. So sad cause it's ending but it was a wonderful learning experience
  • Thank you.
Sadly, this geography series finished. This was my favorite, but I'll watch some again to understand more. Owing to this course, my comprehension about geography improved and I'm more curious about it. And I sometimes think things with these perspectives.
  • @firenter
Thank you for this incredible series!
Hope to see Alizée again if you ever go in depth on a more specific field within Geography!
  • @stevieinselby
So sad that it's over 😭
Thank you Alizé and the rest of the team for what has been one of the best Crash Courses ever – topical, relevant, engaging, interesting and informative from start to finish.
  • I've been watching Crash Course since its beginnings and this has by far been my favorite series. Your team's ability to use the lens of Geography to create connections and implications that break the traditional siloing of disciplines while still remaining focused and devoted to a single topic has genuinely been awe-inspiring, no better word for it. As a future educator and fan of the show, thank you so much for this amazing series!!!! I can't wait to see what all of you do next!!
  • This series is definitely going to be rewatched, but man I'm sad it's over. It's been a great ride!
