Two British cabinet members, Treasury chief Rishi Sunak and Health Secretary Sajid Javid, resigned on July 5 amid questions about Boris Johnson's knowledge of sexual misconduct allegations against Deputy Chief Whip Chris Pincher, a senior member of his government.
