Harry Potter and Twilight are two of the most popular book and movie franchises to this day, that fans are still passionate about. With thirteen movies between them, there are bound to be similarities. We found fifteen of them and compared them in this list. What do you think of these similarities? Do you have more of your own?
Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger are the big three of the wizarding world, while Bella Swan, Edward Cullen, and Jacob Black are the big three in the Twilight world. You’ll see that they share some similar moments and story beats. With mythical creatures and beings running around both franchises, including wizards and vampires, what did we find is similar between them? Do you think there are any creatures that exist in both Harry Potter and Twilight?
We know that there are passionate fans of each of these series, and we’re not taking sides here. We just want to point out what we noticed was similar between these two fantasy series. We love it when you can take two unique stories such as these, and find common ground between them. Do Harry and Bella have anything in common? Are there any story moments that resemble each other? Which relationships seem similar.
Maybe one day we’ll get even more stories involving these characters, and there will be more similarities to look through. It’s up to J.K Rowling and Stephenie Meyer to create more stories with these characters we love!
