I’m a Vietnam combat veteran, US Marines, the Blues keeps me alive. I get so depressed and when I do, I listen to the Blues. I let my mind go blank and it soothes my soul. Sipping on some Jack helps a little too.

Turned 66 in June my wife would have been 60 in November, she was diagnosed with lung cancer in July and fought fight. On 9/9/23 at 7:32 pm she lost the fight. So in her memory and for my sanity I set and remember the last 23+ years of the best thing to ever come in to my life. My loving wife. ❤ Tammy ❤. RIP.

I’m a hospice nurse and sometimes when I’m feeling sad after a hard day I’ll smoke outside while listening to this playlist. It’s such a bitter sweet playlist because the blues can bring such sad feelings but these blues let me know that everything will be ok. I hope everyone out there who might be going threw a rough time it will be ok even if it doesn’t feel like it sometimes. Everything will be ok. I love you all ❤️✌🏼

Раньше, по молодости, когда я попадала в безисходность или в депрессию , я слушала блюзы, но мне сейчас уже 64 и я поняла, что слушая блюзы это прекрасное самовыводящее настроение, приводящее себя в норму жизни как медитация и самоурегулирование самого себя в своей Душе, а это самое главное - жить в равновесии с самим с собой и тогда легче идти по жизни. Мне очень помогали блюзы и я знаю, что я такая ни одна, нас много и мы едины в каких бы сторонах не жили. Всем привет и здравия в равновесии самим с собой, что и приносит Здоровья!
