Police officers in Georgia rescued a woman who crashed her car into a swimming pool. A woman experiencing a medical emergency lost control of her vehicle, according to police. The vehicle ended up in a neighborhood swimming pool, held up by the pool’s cover. Luckily, the very strong pool cover kept the car and its driver from being submerged. The woman was transported to a hospital and authorities say she is expected to recover.

Growing up we had a pool cover that was advertised as being capable of holding up to an elephants weight. It was always funny watching the neighbors freak out as we would walk across it as if nothing was wrong 😂
