The guy stepped out of the house to take the dogs out for a walk during a heavy rain storm. After he opened up his umbrella, he heard a noise and immediately started to run. While he ducked for cover, he slipped and fell in the mud. A tree branch had fallen and spiked the ground just inches away from the man's back.

    It actually would've have hit him if he stayed still, so he put himself in more danger by sliding to the left because it is closer to hitting him.
