I had a friend who graduated from JSU, he had a 3.7 approx GPA out of 4.0, He applied to graduate school at the University of Chicago, they told him that his grades were too low as from his school (Black school) that GPA was equivalent to a 2.5. After much haggling and being put on a probationary acceptance, he graduated, with a degree in software engineering. He was commissioned as an Army Officer, and at his Officer Basic Course he was tasked to Teach Basic Circuits as a part of the course of instruction while being a student at the same time. He later worked for Bell Labs and did design on the first Speed dialing program. Where is the fairness here.............This is what Deion is facing but he will "OVERCOME" AND VICTORY WILL BE HIS.

Deion Sanders deserves to be a coach at whatever level he decides to do it at. He is ELITE at scouting talent, and even better at getting that talent out of his players. It's a pure tragedy that he hasn't been looked at for NFL coaching vacancies yet, and it should be criminal that he hasn't been offered other collage coaching positions.

I hope Deion stays. Several HBCUs including JSU enrollment has skyrocketed. I want to see Deion get JSU into the FBS and be successful.

I don't want him to leave. I want him to finish what he started and start scheduling some FBS teams. Raise the profile of all HBCUs. If Deion leaves it will just go back to the way it was.

He was the Coach & trusted His co-Founder to manage the business side. He learned quick You can’t trust everyone. The school was named Prime because the founder knew that would be a drawing card. All Coach Prime wanted to do is help young players see a better future. He even paid for them to attend His Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. When You’ve lived a Life as He did growing up and have a heart or conscious You want better for others.

Feel for the young man at JS who had forgone chances at bigger schools to play for Coach Prime. Hope for the best for all

Deion is not leaving JSU for the main reason I think he’s found a place he can make his own legacy and build up into a National brand, even tho it’s a smaller school by POWER 5 standards, Deion has made the school into a title contender and even better he’s developing great talent

Coach deserves to go higher he did a phenomenal job at JSU. Now time to make Colorado better

Finally a white man that’s not afraid to say that Deion belongs where he’s at because he has the ability to make JSU into one of these schools the racist wants him to be at. He doesn’t have to leave when he can bring talent and dominance to a black institution. Would love to see him gets the players he needs to compete with Ole Miss and USM and win Mississippi. Being a bridge for black excellence is far more important.

More people need to speak like Skip Bayless. They should want him to take JSU to the highest heights he can
