If someone told you to jump off a cliff, would you? Baby geese:
-
Put some respect on that 3rd chick. It saw its siblings die and still jumped that 400ft rock down.
-
There's a lot of insane survival strategies in the World, but this has to be one of the most brutal, just get hatched, drop 200 meters, fight off ravens and roll in ice until you hit a rock to stop.
-
Happy one of them survived, hope it reach adulthood. I so admire the parents for their love and effort to keep their DNA going..
-
"only around 50% of chicks make it through the first month" I can see why...
-
Imagine sitting on eggs for a month just to see them hatch and free fall to their death
-
3:10 Sing with me, sing for the year Sing for the laughter and sing for the tear
-
Human kids falls off chair: crying like no other! Baby chick falls like a billion feet: I'm good
-
Fall damage: human dies Geese Chick: Hold My Grass

-
Poor mom fought to protect her baby, but she lost😢.
-

-
free falling from the sky body slams lays for a moment I'M OKAY gets snatched
-
I couldn't take my eyes off this video. Only one geese chick survived. Too sad, but life goes on... Thanks for uploading it.

What this is, is a very great showcase of how "size" matters a lot when you drop from a very high point. Kurzgesagt made a video about it, explaining in detail how something that's very small can be practically immune to any fall damage.
-
Mad respect for all the camera angles…they’ve seen this before and knew where to look.
-
Me thinking the first chick will land in the waterfall or snow: Aww, look at his smol wings chick hits a few rocks and gets eaten Me: ಠ_ಠ
-
Child: "did you ever drop me on my head as a baby?" Mom: "No, you jumped off a cliff"
-
