Bridle Path and Kulp Elementary Schools Advanced and Beginner Band plays Jingle Bells December 16, 2009.
No teacher was fired in the making of this concert!
All elementary school band concerts sound this way at some point.
This is the ORIGINAL video Jingle Bells, which has been reposted many times on YouTube, Reddit, Tiktok etc. under titles such as "when you're the only person in band that practices," "we can tell who's been practicing," etc.
Shown on the Late Late Show with James Corden on January 23, 2023 (Without Credit, how kind)

"How many times have you practiced this piece?" "No."

being a parent is the ultimate try not to laugh challenge
-
4:03 You can see the little girl covering her ears LOL
-
I'd pay money to watch a concert like this, once in a lifetime type of event.
-
Maybe if we play louder, we'll sound good
-
Parents really will clap for anything

The standing ovation at the end with the kids fist-bumping like they just killed it had me DEAD
-

Anytime my band class sounds bad my band teacher pulls this up and yells "DO YOU WANT TO SOUND LIKE THIS?!?!?!" We've been shown this video like 5 times but istg it sounds worse every single time

The parents were actually applauding eachother for holding their laugh the whole performance
-
I actually feel bad for the kid playing the solo. you can tell he actually knows what he's doing. that bit in the beginning when he's playing im like ah this isn't that bad and then when everyone started I just started bawling laughing
-
Imagine being a parent at this concert. I would have to leave the room to laugh in solitude.
-
3:40 the soloist did so good to be fair! I can’t imagine how nerve wracking it must be
-
The man who conducted this band just passed yesterday. John Josten Jr. was his name. I was at this performance and knew the man somewhat well. Hoping this video continues on in his honor
-
Jokes aside, the soloist wasn't all that bad
-
4:00 The little girl covered her ears she couldn't even take it 😂
-
I am actually pretty impressed how that extra note after 03:07 didn´t throw the soloist off. I see some talent for playing passing notes here.
