This is one of those recipes that you have to make comfortable for your home. Adjust all ingredients to your liking #viewclub

Ingredients
Fresh corn, frozen corn, corn in a can- what you have on hand amigos make it work
Cotija cheese or parmesan
Margarine or butter
Mayonaise of choice
Key limes or your choice of citrus
Queso fresco optional
Hot Cheetos or favorite chips
Tajin
Tapatio Hot sauce of choice
Bufalo clasica sauce
Bolillo Bread
And a big pot of water
Salt to taste

For the sauce mix equal amounts of mayo and room temperature margarine with the juice of 1/2 key lime and salt to taste

  • Love elote!!🌽 We've been making corn bowls lately. Our local collage has corn from Memorial Day to about August. I air fried the cobs and cut the corn kernels off. It comes out so sweet. We add cotija cheese, butter, crushed hot cheetos and I recently bought a seasoning call Everything but the Elote from Trader Joe's and a little lime. Yum..I want corn now!
