The Third Eye Chakra, also called “Ajna”, is our center of intuition and foresight. The energy of “Ajna” allows us to cut through illusion and unveil the deep truth that resides in us. With an opened Third Eye Chakra, we see beyond the mind and beyond words. Not only do we see - we understand.
The gift of the Third Eye chakra is seeing: Both inner and outer worlds. Its energy allows us to experience clear thought as well as spiritual contemplation and self reflection. When your Third Eye Chakra is open, it lets you see beyond time and space. “Ajna” controls some of the highest mental functions like memory, recollection, intuition, consciousness and unconsciousness.
A blocked Third Eye or “Ajna” Chakra inevitably results in an inability to plan or set goals for the future, a state of narrow-minded perception, hindered ability to focus, poor memory and the lack of imagination among others. It is therefore vital to open our “Ajna” or Third Eye Chakra to restore balance and let our intuition naturally drift us towards the opportunities and situations in life that are right for us.
Therefore, meditating on the 3rd Eye Chakra and in the natural frequency it resonates with, will allow you to develop your natural intuition and more and more pay attention to this subtle feeling of moving forward or holding back. This so called “Sixth Sense” residing in each of us, that always turns out to be true and right.

Indigo also is the color which predominates in this video in order to help you attune yourself visually with your Third Eye Chakra.
