1- Concrete takes 28 days to reach its maximum strength. 2- the water/cement ratio used was too low to form it in shape. 3- concrete was not compacted in layers to minimize air voids, hence the shattering. 4- concrete needed curing to gain its strength without forming cracks. your argument is invalid sir.
