12:29 I believe the holes are for straight line winds. If you're near Lake Erie, it isn't uncommon to have some strong winds coming off the water.

I'm 90% sure the south dakota store used to be an electronics boutique. Not an EB games, but the original color scheme for electronics boutique before it got rebranded/bought out. My local mall had one when I was growing up and I recognize those purple walls anywhere.
