Enjoy the white noise sound of howling forest winds. Let the sound of wind blowing through leaves, blowing through grass and swaying trees, help you fall asleep if you're experiencing insomnia, if you can't stop your mind from racing, or if you're overcome with stress and anxiety. You can also use for studying, concentration and focus, or if you just want to relax with wind white noise playing in the background.

Are you laying in bed, overcome with stress and anxiety? Is your monkey mind racing and won't let you rest? Try some of the following techniques to help you fall asleep.

-Meditation. Meditation teaches how to focus your mind, observe your emotions, and eliminate wayward thoughts. It is a technique you can develop with a little bit of practice.

-Drink caffeine-free tea. Chamomile tea is known to reduce anxiety. Give it a try.

-Count numbers. Counting sheep isn't only for children. Anyone, regardless of age, can utilize this technique to focus your mind on one thing and eliminate other thoughts that may be keeping you up.

-Exercise during the day. A moderate to high amount of daily exercise is known to improve your quality of sleep.

-Take a hot bath or shower. Taking a warm shower is a common technique to relax and unwind before heading to bed.
