Pretty cool! Thanks for putting this out there. I really appreciate the chance to see how you didn’t run one of the ‘starter quests’ at the start. I’m not a huge fan of either option myself, so I’m glad to see another method.

getting ready to dm this myself, I really dig the unique setting it really stands out much like how if you listen to 5 minutes you can Identify the players are in Barovia, Icewind dale is a very cold breath of fresh air.
