In general, when we are experiencing some kind of bodily disease or accident, we seek medical aid. Unfortunately, it is not our first instinct to do the same when we are feeling less than whole, MENTALLY.

Therefore, why not try a free introductory session to see if we are compatible? Ideally, sessions are at least 1.5 hours per week, and can be conducted from the comfort of your own home or office via Skype, Facebook Messenger, Google Duo, Viber or Zoom.
