I want to use this platform to share the details of what I’ve experienced over the years regarding mental health, trauma of all kinds, and my most triumphant moments as well. Just the ins and outs, or should I say, “ups and downs” of the journey.

I hope to help anyone who may be experiencing any of what I express on this platform, and to encourage people like myself, who may not have a voice, or who may not see a way out of the fog.
