Hi. I'm Dr. Castanet. I make instructional videos related to your spine because I know that informing you can frame topics in helpful ways, and may allay your fears about the nature of your spinal problems and pain. I can speak broadly about spinal pathology because of my unique clinical experience, since 1987, in orthopedics, physical therapy, physical medicine, and neurosurgery. You will also notice that I am a strong proponent of spinal decompression as a foundational, non-surgical treatment method for a host of common spinal problems, including herniated discs, sciatica, neck and back pain, joint/facet pain, and pinched nerves.
