Who is Rose?
“Thank you for visiting my channel. My videos deal primarily with learning to live a more fulfilling life, coping with daily stresses, anxiety and depression. I am a depression survivor and have made it my mission to help others living with this condition.
Whilst living in England for three years I studied Hypnotherapy and Counciling. This has helped me to further understand matters of the mind. I have recently published my first book entitled “Life after Depression”, and my only wish is that it gives comfort and encouragement to those fighting depression.
